First, a theoretical class is given by the instructor, explaining the basic principles of diving. Next, a series of basic exercises are performed to learn how the equipment works and start building confidence underwater.
Finally, three dives will be conducted at three different points in Palma Bay, reaching a maximum depth of 10 meters.
