Discover what it feels like to breathe and move underwater with our introductory scuba diving activity in the Mediterranean Sea, conducted in a safe and controlled environment under the exclusive supervision of one of our certified instructors.

Before entering the water, you will receive a brief introduction on how to use the diving equipment and learn the basic underwater communication signals. Once in the water, the dive will be carried out progressively, allowing you to adapt comfortably and enjoy the experience at your own pace.

The dive lasts approximately 10–15 minutes, with a maximum depth of 3 meters. At the end of the activity, your instructor will take a photo of your experience so you can keep a memorable souvenir of your first dive.

Health and Safety Requirements

• To participate in scuba diving, you must be in good physical health. Divers over 60 years old, or anyone with a medical condition or health restriction, must present a valid diving medical certificate issued by a qualified physician.
• For safety reasons, you must not fly for at least 24 hours after diving. This guideline is in place to reduce the risk of decompression-related injuries associated with flying after scuba diving.
