The complete he first stop is a guided group snorkeling session, designed to build confidence in the water and help you get used to breathing through your mouth using a snorkel. At the second stop, each participant enjoys a 20-minute individual dive with a certified instructor, reaching depths of up to 12 meters. Health and Safety Requirements

• To participate in scuba diving, you must be in good physical health. Divers over 60 years old, or anyone with a medical condition or health restriction, must present a valid diving medical certificate issued by a qualified physician.
• For safety reasons, you must not fly for at least 24 hours after diving. This guideline is in place to reduce the risk of decompression-related injuries associated with flying after scuba diving.
